Sorry to hear about your losses, it's a very sad situation. Without a tox screen or an autopsy, you have no way of knowing for sure what has killed your dear ones.

There are so many possibilities, and not all of them would point to deliberate poisoning. A great example is if someone in the area is having problems with rodents, they may have baited their home with D-Con. After the rodent would ingest D-Con, they'd go on a search for water (it makes them very thirsty) and may have died outside in a nearby field. If one of the dogs ate that poisoned mouse, then the dog itself will have gotten poisoned just like the mouse.

The only way to guarantee it won't happen again is to contain your dogs with a fence. Given there are coyotes in the area, this is probably a good idea anyway.
References :
The only way to stop it is to confine the dogs. You already knew this, I'm sure. Sounds like someone is poisoning the Coyotes, and your dogs are getting into it. OR, someone around your place doesn't like your dogs roaming around.
References :
You will need to look into laws about animal control. But I know in many states it is legal to kill a dog that wonders into your yard, however it is illegal to kill them by means of poisoning. Check to see who has moved in recently within range of the dogs roaming area. Check with your neighbors to see what they know, and also find out what was used to poison your dogs- most commonly used is anti-freeze. You can also call the police on this as a form of animal cruelty, but if they find that the dog was poisoned in someone else's yard (pending the laws) there may not be anything that can be done, unless the owner/renter of the property was not the one that poisoned the dogs.
References :
Why do you want a dog to come along? It wouldn't work out...why? Because when the horse canters, dog just can't keep up. [Tried it before]

Perhaps up and down mountains, through bushlands, forests and maybe even through a waterfall.
References :
The actual law is that you must EXIT the intersection before the light turns red. That is the reason there IS a yellow light. If the officer originally wrote speeding, and then changed it to running a stop sign, you could argue that the officer was confused, and there isn't even a stop sign at that location. Before attempting that, I suggest you verify the EXACT location listed on the ticket and go back to be sure ther is not a sign you are not aware of.
References :
there's a law called the taillight law. if you enter an intersection on a yellow but it turns red before your taillights make it through the other side that's considered running the light. also, a lot of cities, counties, etc, have shorten the length of the yellow just so they can get more revenue from red light tickets. not much you can do, it's your word against the cops, who do you think they'll believe?
References :
Here's the Texas law, which includes this:

An operator of a vehicle facing only a steady red signal
shall stop at a clearly marked stop line. In the absence of a stop
line, the operator shall stop before entering the crosswalk on the
near side of the intersection.

http://law.onecle.com/texas/transportation/544.007.00.html

So I guess your defense would depend on where the "line" existed.
