I have 2 mobile homes that I got for free, they were delivered, I didn’t receive any paperwork on them, I’ve been trying to contact the person but no reply, how do i get a title for them, they are older and on wheels with a ball hitch. Also one has no walls on the inside and I wanted it to store my hay and horse supplies, can I do that? Or do I need to get a permit to have them on my property, I live in San Bernardino County. They are single wides, over 10 years old. Not livable.
Where I live, the title is only used to move it down the highway. Once a mobile home has been put in place, the title is worthless unless you are going to move it again. I would call the Highway Patrol and License Bureau in your state.
How do I get a title to a mobile home? Can you turn one into a Storage area?
Hey, i can never catch coyotes at night, never tried before dusk.?
i was wondering if 6:30AM would be a good time to go? (i don’t want it too dark if i have a rifle) and how my property is set up a shotgun isn’t a choice because a coyote isn’t going to come up to my house unless its about 1:00AM i don’t think my calling is right? I’ve never called one up but i have watched knight and hales video set that came with my call over and over again. I’ve shot a coyote dozens of times but they were chasing deer, roaming,on hay bales out in the pasture. Maybe i could ask a buddy of mine if i could go get his property clean because that’s where they come from all the time. Sorry that’s a mouthful Lol, (i live in Florida Hardee county) (It’s got the biggest deer population in the country) THANK YOU!!!!
Out here in the Utah Desert we deal with something slightly different. The best time for me to see them is usually an hour before dawn when the sky starts lightening up. I know several areas here around the red cliff and red rock mountains that they hold up in so calling them out is not a problem. Plenty of rabbits get hit on the road so come then they are always scavenging for the corpses. Only problem though is the Cougars tend to come out also and I’ve seen them before, when they are out the Coyote aren’t.
I’d just take the call slow, go to an area where you know they are but you aren’t hunting them. Try the various calls you can do and see if you get any kind of response. A blind and a decoy work great for this. When you find something that works (may take a couple days) then you have an idea of what you need to be doing.
Give me the dry desert over Florida any day, heh. Same Temperature, low humidity.
will you please read this piece of my book?
The full dark grey clouds spread low all over the properties of Saint Caucus; They hung over like they had been building since late last night. I slowly tightened my jaw and blinked my eyes, and raised my large head up above my sagging body and long legs. I squinted my eyes against the still, cool brightness of the early morning, and drew a deep breath in. My long, gaze started at the chain link lot around me, it stands as a reminder that this is my home, most dogs would never allow this, but my lot and house is a peaceful, wonderful place, I have a view of everything that stirs around me, and a reason to stay out of trouble. my owners know I can push open the gate with my long nose, so a red, was out, heavily chewed dog leash hooks there, latching the door. I stared past the holes in the fence to the yard, I watched a scuffed, black mouse scoot quickly across my favorite lone converse sneaker of Amber Lynn’s., which has also been saturated in rain, and pushes down into the grainy, wet, dirt. My eyes followed across the scattered, bumpy, dirt road seeing Ruby, the four year old horse that Amber Lynn got when she was only eleven, on the other side. Her small corral was at the base of a hill that forms right in front of Lake Allison, it is scatted with hay belles and one small jump, that she won in a county fair. She looked handsome against the dark nature scenery. Her white- based ,icy blue eye looks misplaced against her slim black features and body. Of course, I’m not one to judge, my whole person looks out of place. I am a pit bull/ beagle mix, which a lot of times turns people away. I stand at a medium-short height, and have a medium build, I have loose skin, which Dangles at my neck, leaving my neck thicker than my head. I also have a long face, solidly colored caramel eyes, and I have the legs of a heavy set deer. Brown and black dominate my face, with a white stripe from my nose to my forehead, my back is heavily spotted in black, and clouded with large black splotches on top of a white base.
I arose to my feet on top of my quilt that is laid out on the ground, right before southern gospel music poured from the wall of the house that I am right in front of, signaling Amber Lynn’s clock radio alarm, which meant it was six o’ clock a.m., soon she would be leaving for school. Amber Lynn’s window blinds rise and she peers outside, her breather fogs the cold glass. Her shoulder length hair that is usually strait, is wavy and messy, her face is drowsy, and she is wearing a light tan tank top and grey pajama bottoms. She looks to my lot and smiles. Her front teeth are large and flat, and beside them smaller ones make a nice length in the apples of her cheeks, average pointy ones finish her smile next. I wagged my tail rapidly and searched for my voice. I let out a part broken howl, that was my specialty I usually did at night or when I am following a car. I woke up Dude, the rottweiler/ lab mix that shares my owners. I heard him sneeze in the section behind the house that was his, his lot was made of wood, while mine had chain link, that alone was about the only difference between our lots. Both of our dog houses had been personalized by Amber Lynn, with a brochure from our vet, Ms. Parker, pictures of Ruby from her shows, magazine clippings, the Lord’s Prayer, a school paper, and other things that catches her eye as something we would want, She even left a big, red lipstick kiss stain on our wall. I have a grey ceramic bowl for food, I also have a large, yellow bucket for water that, before I arrived was used for woodworking, which Darrin and Joe (Amber Lynn’s father and grandfather) do as a hobby and small business. The sun slightly peaked over the horizon, Ruby neighed quietly. I looked to the top of the hill, stretching widely, I remember times when we would be at Lake Allison at this time, touching the cold mud in the basin, walking down rock, following the water that trickles down them, and challenging trouts to races.
The grey screen door flew open on the porch, and Amber Lynn stepped out, wearing a pair of jeans, a v- neck olive green t- shirt, and a small gold necklace hooked to her neck. She was carrying a can of canned dog food, which she popped open and dumped into my ceramic bowl. I charged for the slices of meet greedily, swallowing loudly. I eat quicker than most dogs because my neck is bigger, The food slid down my throat and I licked the cowl clean, ready for a new meal. Amber Lynn laughed and slid her slender hand into the holes of the chain link and scratched behind my ear. As she pulled back, I noticed her fingernails were painted
a chrome russet color, it looked exquisite against her lightly tan fair skin. Ayden, Amber Lynn’s four year old little brother marched through the door, wearing a black batman t shirt, short jeans, and white sneakers. “Hey Tayhloor.” he yelled, getting Ruby’s attention. He pet my rapidly through the lot. “Awe.“ Amber Lynn said under her breath
sorry, I know it’s one big block, something went wrong when I put it on here, thanks for reading it
great

Or is it the Clinton, what ever you can get away with mentality?
What they will do is to point at the one conservative that messes up and say it all is equal, versus looking at the quantitative numbers and then do an analysis.
so 1 = that entire list.
Talk about fuzzy math.

How would you feel….?
Ok so ive been boarding at this place wich i dont like at all and ive been realy pissed off with them and im planning on moveing but i just found this review on the stable i board at…. if you read this review how would this make you feel??? persoanly it makes me want to move even faster. And I can verify that some of the stuff the person said is true the other stuff im not sure about only becuase it was before i was there.
It was the worst and most un safe stable I have ever boarded at or even seen!!!! horses are being caught in fencing, going days without water, moldy hay being fed to them, workers that are in and out of jail, drunken man living on the property that has been sexually harassing the younger girls that come out to the stable for 4-H, un safe horses they are putting kids that have never been on a horse several children bucked off never telling anyone that the horse is un safe and one a young child had to be life lighted because they put her on a horse that bucks and did not tell anyone that the mare bucks, this child spent seven days in argent care and fifteen days in the hospital for testing and making sure the blood in the brain was going down and not in need of sugary, this child got bucked off one year ago and still has blood on the brain and still can not function correctly. They also put another child on a horse and sent them to show at the county fair and the horse had three broken ribs and the owner of the horse and stable knew but did not tell anyone, the stable has had to put three horses to sleep because the all had very horrible cases of colic and one horse broke her neck do to being left tied in the stall for hours with out anyone in barn by the stable owner, the owner has had several reports of stalking the child that got life lighted at the county fair, I had to stop the stable owner from verbally abusing one of the children that was boarding at the stable. I was at this barn for too long and could not take the horrid things that I saw had to stop the animal and child abuse that has happened from this stable. All of the thing’s I have mentioned I have seen.
I will NEVER conceder This Stable to be a safe place for the people and horses!!!!
also how would you feel if a review like this was written about the stable you boarded at?
Um no I havnt asked this question at all? the only question like this was asking how you would feel if your horse got drenched as a way of discipline wile its freezing outside.
I do Plan on moveing the only problem is finding a place that will take 3 horses for self care. I think I found a place i realy like and im going to talk to my mom and see if we can go see it this weekend. Also just for clarrification we dont have a trainer at the barn.
I wish it were as simple as takeing my horse away right now. I have NO WHERE to bring them and no meens of transportation. If i could I would have gotten out of ther a long time ago. Also im haveing a hard time convinceing my mom to move becuase she doesnt think its this bad, but it is. I think i have finaly convinced her however. And as soon as i find a new place im moveing my horses out.
I also must say that some of the things written in the review dont have the full story to them. The girl who road the horse with the broken ribs, no one knew the horse had broken ribbs. The horse had just gotten back from a lease and the people leasing the horse had dropped her off without the owners knowledge. Also the horses cant go waterless becuase there are automatic waters in all teh stalls and all work, its just that some dont like them and have to drink out of buckets wich are supposed to be the owners responsibility toi fill. even though any good horse person would most likly fill up a horses bucket if it was empty.
Thye one asbout life flight im not sure on but everything else I know is true and Im trying my best to get my horse out of there, but its very hard i dont have any place to bring them. If i had the choice they would have been out of there several months ago.
Why do you even ask this question? Run fast. Run far.
How do I get a title to a mobile home? Can you turn one into a Storage area?
I have 2 mobile homes that I got for free, they were delivered, I didn’t receive any paperwork on them, I’ve been trying to contact the person but no reply, how do i get a title for them, they are older and on wheels with a ball hitch. Also one has no walls on the inside and I wanted it to store my hay and horse supplies, can I do that? Or do I need to get a permit to have them on my property, I live in San Bernardino County. They are single wides, over 10 years old. Not livable.
Hello Denise:
Contact your county code enforcement agency (start with where you pay your taxes). They should be able to give you the correct answer to your specific area. It may depend on zoning.
Do I (the land owner) have the right to park on the easement as long as long as it is not blocking drive?
The 40 acres behind us is landlocked they have a 30Foot ingress and egress which we respect. The 30Foot property is ours we pay taxes on it but the new neighbors have ran over a hound dog and continues to blast up and down the drive and with disrespect as to our property. These people have stated in court that they want what is rightfully theirs. They act like we owe them and they can do as they please. Our property is a working farm and we do have big equipement and we use the drive to feed. They have actually called the county out for hay and mud on the gravel drive and they met the tractor in the drive and said we tried to run them over. When a respectful person would have pulled to the side and allowed the tractor to pass. We have lived on our propery 26 years and the other has had 3 owners during this time. We have not had an issue over the easement untill now. They are trying to make the Judge rule so we can not use any of the 30′. Has anyone has had the same experience?
I would say you can park on YOUR easement if you’re not blocking traffic. Here is a place to start with your questions. Good Luck farmer, you’re needed. Your neighbors are newcomers and should learn to lighten up.
