I am looking for the origin of a poem about the coal mines of Durham.?

I have long known the first lines of this poem but would like to have the rest of it. "Clap hands for daddy coming down the wagon way, a pocket full of money and a cart load of hay". I believe it may refer to the early wagon ways used in the North East coal mines, specifically that which ran past George Stephenson’s cottage. I hope someone from the County can help fill out the blanks.

Discussion on a forum here about it – unfortunately from 2001.
